At Hey Bae (operated by DIGITALCLAP LLP), we strive to provide you with high-quality press-on nails and beauty products. Due to the personal and cosmetic nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy, except in specific cases outlined below.


    1. No Returns or Exchanges

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once delivered.

    2. Eligible Cases for Refund/Replacement

    A refund or replacement will only be provided if:

    • The product received is damaged or defective.
    • The product received is incorrect (different from what you ordered).

    Additional Conditions:

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
    • Products that are used, altered, or not in their original packaging will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

    3. Proof Required

    • Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@api.heybaeclub.com
    • A clear unboxing video recorded while unpacking the order is mandatory as proof. Requests without this will not be considered.

    4. Refund / Replacement Process

    Once your request is reviewed and approved:

    • If stock is available, we may send a replacement of the same product.
    • If a replacement is not possible, we will process a refund.
    • Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
    • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Voucher.

    5. Order Cancellations

    • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch by contacting us at support@api.heybaeclub.com
    • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

    6. Unauthorized Transactions

    • If you notice unauthorized charges on your card/account, please check with family members or colleagues first.
    • If still unrecognized, report it to us within 30 days of the transaction at support@api.heybaeclub.com, and we will assist you in investigating with the payment gateway.
    • However, Hey Bae is not liable to refund monies in cases of unauthorized charges where our systems show a successful transaction.

    7. Our Rights

    We reserve the right to refuse refund/replacement requests if:

    • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
    • Proof is not provided or is insufficient.
    • The product shows signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused during delivery.
