1. Serviceable Areas

  • We currently deliver all over India, subject to courier partner availability for your pin code.
  • Customers can check whether their pin code is serviceable by using the “Check Serviceability” option available on our Website before placing an order.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will inform you and initiate a cancellation/refund.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders above ₹500.
  • Standard Shipping (Orders below ₹500): Flat charge of ₹90.
  • Express Delivery (where available): ₹150.

Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹50 handling fee applies

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days (metro cities usually faster, remote areas may take longer).
  • Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days, available on select pin codes.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, strikes, or unforeseen disruptions.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (except Sundays and public holidays).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

  • While we strive to deliver on time, Hey Bae / DIGITALCLAP LLP will not be liable for delays caused by courier/logistics issues, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • In such cases, we will keep you informed and ensure delivery at the earliest possible time.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details at the time of placing the order.
  • If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address/contact details or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Tracking Orders

  • Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp.

8. International Shipping
